Fancy party hors d'oeurves spread....lots of yummy cheeses, salamies, prosciutto, grilled bread, fresh pita, hummus. candied nuts, fruits etc, etc.
The desserts were only ok---I was informed halfway through my dry brownie that they were "gluten free". Spare me

Lemon-pepper and olive oil Dover sole fillets, cooked over mesquite charcoal (they cook FAST), very good corn tortillas, blueberries & whip cream.

No, directly on the grill. But they are indeed very fragile and you have to turn really carefully (and have some luck).

It's deja vu all over again.
No, just a long-handled grill-tool turner. But a secret is to keep the front edge knife-edge sharp so you don't pummel the food when getting under it.
That said, I do believe that I got more than lucky with the sole; it's time to invest in a fish basket
I can't imagine those floppsy soles turning over without being in pieces....and falling through the grates. I love to grill fish but I always think the fish needs to be somewhat sturdy. I can barely master flipping them when sauteeing them stovetop. I assume you use a flexible spatula.
