Badly improvised chicken kuthu roti.

Got some roti prata from above mentioned south indian take-out joint. Rough chopped, added some diced red onion, some chopped hot peppers (not sure what the species name is but they have some kick) and mixed in some HK-style scrambled eggs as well as just mixing egg into the thing and then tossed in some shredded leftover popeye's chicken, skin and all. Added some coconut curry sauce (more curry, less coconut) and then stirred it until it appeared "dry enough"

Tasted interesting... next time I'll have to add a bit of indian curry to the mix and see if I can find the proper peppers they use here. That and use a bigger wok (no flat-top).

French cheese selection from Les Amis



The cheeses came like this


Also Muscat grapes , etc , tarts from Tarte

Ice cream - one of 3 flavours chosen ; chestnut ( marron ) , hazelnut and pistachio

Chef ‘ s Sebastien ' s Signature Tarte Aux Pommes , think overdid with one to spare 😉

A generous quarter slice


2 types of chilli sauces were prepared , one with garlic
Forgot to mention the fillings / ingredients of the poh piah includes bamboo shoots , crispy flat fish / sole bits , crushed peanuts , eggs ( omelette strips or mashed hard boiled ) , turnip minced pork , etc stew , lettuce , prawns , ..

Yes , we had delicious leftovers for meals after !
Also primarily Indian below


Crispy prata with fish curry , Indian rojak and gravy / sauces



Fishballs , variety of fishcakes include spicy otak

Putu mayam , with coconut and sugar



Just look at the centre of FLO - the “ molten “ fudge centre !!

While reading this, I had a flashback to Tsukiji market... I was last there a few years before it closed. I remember having fresh sushi that morning for breakfast!

Not quite that. But if you're going to buy tuna and cook it rare, quality matters.
