shared poutine

short ribs bbq with 2 sides

this restaurant was founded by the Marie calendar’s guy. Basically it’s like when the Malnatti family founded UNO’s, sold it, and started the lou malnatti’s pizza chain.

Glad you enjoyed your experience, but I don't think there is any evidence that a Malnati was anything other than an employee at Uno's way back when.

Modified cacio e pepe. Rigatoni for the pasta, and sauteed some garlic in the sauce for extra flavor. Very simple otherwise with tons of parm, olive oil, butter, and pepper.

Me too!!
I made modified cacio e pepe too. Lol. I used cavatapi pasta and threw in some torn basil leaves. Technically it shouldn't have butter but mine did as well.

braised eggplant (some call it "fish fragrant eggplant) and pork on a bed of bowtie pasta. Pretty good, but next time I'm going to reserve some eggplant and add it later as the braising made too much of it REALLY soft.
