Yesterday I grilled a Chateaubriand cut from the Prime tenderloin. It was sizable enough to use the remainder for a nice steak salad for at least today and tomorrow (and likely Wednesday as well) The Kirkland Chateauneuf de Pape was 2022 that was in the stores last year..

Balsamic/soy/EVOO/garlic marinated flank steak just before coming off the grill. I was going to take some pics of the sliced meat, but we were ravenous and forgot.

I gave one son who is wild about anything Oreo. He has probably tried everything on those shelves.

BTW, that is a good marinade blend that really brings out the delicious flavors in beef cuts like flank.
