Yesterday I grilled a Chateaubriand cut from the Prime tenderloin. It was sizable enough to use the remainder for a nice steak salad for at least today and tomorrow (and likely Wednesday as well) The Kirkland Chateauneuf de Pape was 2022 that was in the stores last year..
