The other crab cake is on wifey's plate.
Big lunch, then snacking all day.... I barely finished that meal and was stuffed.

Salad
And a slice of ricotta & meatball pizza from Secret Pizza at the Cosmopolitan hotel in Vegas. I always bring a few slices back in my suitcase for the freezer. Shoveled it in my face & forget to take a photo.

It's been a busy weekend, so just getting around to posting pics--
Dinner on Saturday was at the Majestic in Kansas City, Missouri. It's a steak/jazz house and was wonderful.
I started with a Caesar salad which was fresh and seemed like a nice portion.

My entree was the 12oz ribeye, medium rare, with majestic fries and green beans.

Dessert was the creme brulee.

We are in fridge and freezer clean out mode as we get ready to leave for a couple weeks. Mrs BV ate a turkey pot pie and I ate half a bag of pot stickers. I’m glad we eat better than this most nights.

Pot stickers and other dumplings are a life saver for me. My work hours are all over the place and there are days where I can't get out. In those cases, I either fry some up or poach a bunch in broth and I'm set for a meal. Not the healthiest, but enough to get me by.
