One of the best sandwiches ever invented IMO....basic BLT.
Pioneer sourdough, lightly toasted
Perfect beefsteak tomato from the farmers market, Maldon salt
Bacon
Romaine
Best foods mayo.

A three-ingredient pork bone soup cuz I said so. Not spicy, not sourish, not herbal... But fall off the bone and thick. And enough to last for lunch tomorrow.

Now what to do with my first cherry tomato harvest...
