Pot stickers and other dumplings are a life saver for me. My work hours are all over the place and there are days where I can't get out. In those cases, I either fry some up or poach a bunch in broth and I'm set for a meal. Not the healthiest, but enough to get me by.
My mistake was eating half a bag, maybe 20. I did poach, in an inch of water and let it evaporate so the bottoms fried a little. Served on shredded iceberg lettuce. Normally I’d eat 6 or so.
