Pizza Hut Detroit style pizza
My 8 year old says it’s better than Jet’s, but I disagree. Just a pan pizza with sauce on top. Not bad, per se, but I don’t think any real Detroit Pizza places have anything to worry about.

Drove 600 miles yesterday and today. Too tired to fuss around the kitchen since it took 2 hours to unpack and deal with 5 weeks of mail.

I baked chicken that I topped with cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon and cheese. Next time, I'll add more jalapenos.
