Costco udon, stir-fried With bok choy / mushrooms / chicken thigh. I bought 3 of these things today at Costco. I’m out of fridge space but would enjoy another udon pack because it’s on sale another 3 days.

Breakfast: half a banana, half a grapefruit, OJ, 2 mugs of coffee
Lunch: 6 ounces of roast beef, 2 garlic pickles, AHA putrid water beverage
Dinner: 4 chicken meatballs in sausage & pepper sauce, 1/2 zucchini, Perrier
TV time: handful of roasted, salted cashews

I'm on keto and very hungry :(

Busy busy day so no Luncheon. Afternoon meal:
Bowl of mixed cereals from Go Lean and Barbara’s with organic blueberries and whole milk
Ramekin of honey Chex mix
small bowl of jalapeño kettle chips

Delicious lunch at La Strada , now that one can enjoy more normal meals again ! Tried warm obsiblue prawns & for main ( s ) , shared grilled shirobuta pork loin & grilled Australian wagyu ribeye m6 😋 😋 😊
