I always make my own polenta, but bought some short dated rolls for 99˘. The rest of it is ground turkey, eggplant, onion, zucchini, can of tomatoes, and bell pepper.

Since you mentioned polenta, ever try cooking something Romanian?

I'm up the Northern NSW coast in Yamba. Their great gift to the world is the Yamba prawn. More than a few celebrity chefs consider them the best prawns in the world.
Anyway, to that end, I made a nice sandwich for lunch of Yamba prawns with celery, dill and mayo. Very good, but I think I'll just eat the prawns straight up from now. They're too tasty on their own. https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...628646325.jpeg |

I like them soft and juicy, so each to his or her own! In fact, I have one ripening and ready for lunch today.

The ones I have are fuyu, and they're okay to eat before fully ripe.

Is that a pork loin or a tenderloin? I wonder if my Costco has a sale.

Pork tenderloin. I got the 2-pack (with two tenderloins in each pack) for $11. We will get 3 dinners out of this for our family of 4.
