My mother is at OFS now as she has a 2h25m layover in Atlanta. She does not like being rushed so built in extra time in case of delays and changing terminals but her flight gets in over 20 minutes early. Really liked the food at OFS but said service was non-existent. They sat her at the sushi bar which was fine as that was what she was going to get but the person at the sushi bar could not take her drink order and the first time the waitress came around was when she was finished (so much for getting a drink). It really does not leave a good impression no matter how good the food is when you are waiting 20 minutes for even a glass of water

Yes, for another two hours, and the food at OFS was as good as promised, thanks everyone!

I'm going to go against the grain here, I am very happy that there's a Pei Wei (counter service version of P.F. Changs) at Terminal F. I go there now on a long layover.

I much prefer the inauthentic deep-fried awesomeness at Panda Express in E.

One Flew South - the only great option

Antipasto Plate

Pulled Duck Sandwich

And I had a specialty martini with Hendricks Gin and cucumber - so good.

3.5 hours in Atlanta airport

Greetings!

So, I will be traveling through Atlanta airport, and I have been blessed with a 3.5-hour layover from 1030 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Any suggestions on things to do during this time?

What exactly are you looking to do? You can get a nice lunch at One Flew South in E.

There is always the chance that you will be able to say "Boy, I'm glad that I still have 90 minutes left" after your inbound plane lands 2 hours late.
