Escalator Repaired?
Was the escalator repaired or were people forced to pack into the once per 10 minute elevator with a capacity of 10? I won't even attempt to look in that direction once the escalator is out of service which seems to be everyday for 10-16 hours.

Just entered ATL F. I marked in green the line for Diamond/360/Delta One, which was essentially empty (one person in front of us). The head of the line has the round sign on a stand to indicate who's eligible.
The "everyone else" line, I marked in red, and went pretty much the length of the line as drawn here including (based on overheard conversation from the SC employees) at least one person who is DM but got in the "other" line and didn't find out about the DM line until they got to the front

Timestamp on original post is a bit misleading -- we actually entered shortly before 6pm, and left shortly after I posted above around 6:20pm (just a brief pit stop), by which time the red line had cleared out, so a bunch of people must've left for a flight and they let everyone in.
Either that or a bunch of people gave up and went elsewhere...

Reference point Friday 9/2 2pm ATL F long line of 25 people plus an additional 10 in 360 line. Waited about 15 mins in the 360 line. No one-in-one-out. Rather they waited for 15+ people to exit before letting anyone in. Then they went one from the 360 line then one from the regular line back and forth. Not everyone from the 360 line before the first person in the regular line. It’s a whole new world with everyone and their brother now having SC access.

To pay $4-$5 a cup to buy coffee on the concourses,, ATL has early AM lines everywhere of 30 or more people. A less-nice cappuccino in the Sky Club is free and comes in a Starbucks cup.
This is not hard to figure out.
FWIIW, I had a free lunch on Friday at the SC in A at 11:30 am. No line.
