When I only get credited 422 MQM for a partner segment! (I thought the minimum was 500?!)

when the PM line agent says I can't SDC because LAX-JFK can only be point-to-point (not part of a connecting itinerary) and I have to ask for a supervisor to straighten things out

(actually, this only qualifies as "random"; it's scarcely "pathetic" ... for a few seconds I was afraid that I'd be relating a new policy that would send some folks into paroxysms of "got-those-gamers!" glee)

Could they just once use a picture of Andrea Robinson where she isn't in nose-deep in a wine glass smelling or tasting the wine?

I'm sure someone in marketing thinks "HOW ELSE WILL YOU KNOW SHE'S A SOMMELIER?!!?!" but when this is basically the only image I ever see I start to feel sorry for the poor woman and her hideous deformity of having a wine glass permanently attached to her face (I feel sorry for her mother too, must've been a painful birth!)

Nope, DL account. CZ flight. I believe the issue is that the flight was actually 850ish miles, but only earns 50% MQM... so ended up below 500 (which shouldn't be possible!).

sent an email requesting the missing 78 MQM because I was curious. DL agent agreed with my assessment and said they will correct it :-P
