Yes, Delta employees several use to work in the Sky Club (Crown Rooms). For those of you who know Scott, he is back working in the new international Sky Club and no longer picking up passengers. Before Delta got the great $1 per year lease from Porshe--I use to be picked up in a small Ford Hybrid.

She also had two other names (both of whom were apparently also seated in FC), but after waiting a few minutes, she decided that they must've deplaned and bolted without glancing at her placards. We walked down the stairs and drove from B5 to A29. She told me that she (and the rest of the group) basically watch for delayed inbound flights and offer this service as a courtesy to DM's first (and some PM's as well) when they have a tight connection, especially on the last flight of the night or on international connections. I was flying on a T fare I doubt I'd be considered a HVC...spent about $15k on DL last year.

Hats off to Vangie and the rest of the Elite Services Team!

If you were a DM on 1278 today and had flights out of the A concourse around 2:50 or 2:55 (or at least that's what Vangie said), you may have missed your chance at a ride (and missed your flight as a result)!!
what was your final destination

It's not even a real Porsche. It's some sort of station wagon in Porsche drag.

Just saw the Porsche phenomenon

Sitting on an MD-90 ATL-PIT at A15 and saw the Panamera pull up and drop off a passenger. Read about it here before but that was my first sighting.

Did you see the note about the "top 500 Diamond members"? The first time I recall seeing anything about this (so I'm clearly not in the club). A secret tier?

I got the Porsche ride this morning in ATL! It was fun.

I asked if he would accept tips, he said no. I'll write a note to thank him and Delta for the service!

I saw it this afternoon, driving past me as I was sitting on a plane at B33. White, four doors.
