Yep, but CO does need to improve that area of the business. CO's good about trying to make you happy after they screw you over on irregular operations and you send them a nasty letter, if you're an elite. But they should learn to get it right the first time.

I will say my ATL-ORD flight is looking pretty empty now that UA has kicked half the passengers over to DL flights, since everyone was missing a connection at ORD and in many of those cases, UA had no seats on later flights out of ORD to accommodate these passengers. So they just kept printing DL tickets and sending people to other concourses here at ATL. But they could get me to IAH so I'm still on UA.

And you're upset about that - lol?

Just for the FlightMemory part ;)

And after the CRJ experience, I'm sure the ATR would have been better.

It looked like a good turnout - I never realized that Cuyahoga County had that many 'Pubs, although I'm sure many of them trekked in from neighboring counties (Medina, Summit, etc.).

There are a good number of 'Pubs here in Lakewood and the West Side in general.

Definitely more than the East Side. Many Pubs on the South Side, as well, but that seems to be changing, at least during this election.

Cleveland seems to have a good mix these days. Typically Democrat, many Clevelanders are paranoid about a potential tax tsunami from President Obama....

The MBM3 household is split along party lines.....

The ATR would have likely been better. I've not flown the ATR-72, but the ATR-42 does have a roomier cabin than the CRJ, with a slightly higher ceiling, better windows, and more head and shoulder room when seated.

Any of our Texan Box Posters stayed at the (relatively) new V Boutique Hotel in Corpus Christi?

Avoided the crowds from the Springsteen/Obama rally and got home in time to sober up, errr nap, along with NASCAR coverage.

Avoided the Gov Palin mess a couple blocks away this morning. Who schedules an event for 06:30?

And for the remainder of the week? Thursday night football, another tailgate, Brady Quinn at QB (he better start) and packing the snorkel gear for LIH.

I would have loved to be in Lakewood this morning for that rally, but no way I'd get that to fly here at home.

Let's hope they DO put Brady in. It can't be any worse ... that was pathetic yesterday.

Nope. What's that? Like half a W?

That seems to be what they are trying to emulate.

I saw an interesting survey result on TV last night. And while I understand that surveys are not a great source for everything, this one was somewhat shocking. The question was whether you thought taxes would be definitely lower in 4 years based on who is elected. The numbers next to Obama's name were 45/55 or so. The numbers next to McCain were 30/70 or so. Basically people were saying that they thought taxes would end up higher with McCain. Very interesting indeed.

But that's enough politics in the Box. Lets get back to beer, russian rust buckets and random FM lines. :D

I will add 4 of them this weekend! ABE-EWR, EWR-CMH, CMH-CLE and CLE-ABE. I will also get a new dot (CMH) and 3 new "aircraft" (bus, Q2 and Q4).

Should make for an exciting weekend...

EDIT: How long should I plan for the walk from the D17-D28 gates to C27 at CLE? Believe it or not, I have never flown CoCo or CoEx out of CLE.
