I just checked EWR-IAH for 2/6 to 2/8 and it's at 398.

CO is putting this event on for us and they know we'll pack the house no matter how much they charge (within reason, of course). I would not expect anything more than a code for 5% off your tickets for that weekend. If anything, the EWR-IAH prices will go up further as all the EWR based FTers buy tickets for the DO.

I may have to too. CO also raised the fair between PHL and IAH for that weekend. E170's shoudlnt' be bad for a flight that long.

Too long of a trip to justify the fare. I never thought I'd say this, but US is cheaper. I just found PHL-IAH on an E170 for about $30 less a/i than CO.

$294 including tax if you want to leave before 5PM on Sun, $226 5PM and later. It was below $200 the other night. US is currently, Hmmm, also gone up, is now $234 but they don't have a very good schedule.

My ML points will buy me a ticket up to $500 including taxes for 25k. I either hope the fares go up to that or get cut in half. Anything between that Im flying AA assuming their prices havent gone up too.

The fares out of EWR were pretty high last year. I know there were a bunch of us on my flight from PHL since it was more affordable. (prays for big $ voucher opportunity from LAS)

Can you imagine CO oversold some flight and were trying to get volunteers for the EWR-IAH flight to take a bump and fly into IAH later in the day?

I can't imagine how much it would have to be for me to miss this...
