I was told that the ability for CO.Com to show the proper amount of EQMs for the flight when purchasing is not possible and too complicated for the computer. I responded that if the computer can process the flight cost it can display the proper fare class on the website. To me this is deceptive advertising of miles. If it had displayed 50% or 0% that would be one thing but to display as 100% and only get 50% that is poor it at work here.

Rant OFF

If it can't display the correct information then it should display nothing for that field.

Wow. Back when I worked at Rutgers, the cost of the permit was a percentage of your salary.

Of course, I do miss having the "god permit" which would allow me to park anywhere on any campus, including tow-away zones, and not have an issue. Those were the days.

Cookie #fail

I wanted to buy a package of Milano cookies yesterday and just realised I bought Tahiti cookies instead.

Some decent looking CO.com specials out of EWR this weekend...

EWR-AUS and LGA-IAH - $218
EWR-SEA and EWR-PDX - $248

Tempting...

Sounds like a good chance to check out a bunch of good food in PDX.

Kristin Kreuk is on it this episode and the next as well.

I'm going low brow and watching The Inbetweeners. I'm amazed at the words they aren't beeping.

Is there supposed to be some bad weather on the east coast this weekend? Saw Olton Hall said something about a nor'easter... Weather channel doesn't show anything - but then again, it's the Weather channel.

A bad day in BOS will fubar my weekend run. :(

Weatherboy said possible noreaster. My weather channel forecast is now showing snow for Saturday.

I'm pretty sure that back in December, when I and others booked tickets, that the CO Earnings Chart showed 100% for such fares on long-hauls, and 50% on intra-Europe. I checked before booking, to be sure, and Hartmann and sdm1130 also recall it being that way. sbm12 had a similar recollection, but also found some references in threads from several months back (before December) that appeared to reference 50% earnings for TATL.

I asked teh Insider if he wouldn't mind looking into whether any alterations (planned or accidental) had been made to the earnings chart during the period in question.

It claims 100% when booking it. I'd be rightly pissed.

I remember 100% as well since I was looking at PRG costs too.

That is why I asked if I was missing part of the story, it makes a little more sense now if things were changed from earlier.

Very big +1 on that. I was worried when it got a little "matrix-like" at the end of last season but they haven't overused it. Lots of pretty ladies don't hurt either!

I love her to death but I'm sorry....vegan food (for the most part) really tastes like you're eating a paper towel roll. I like sushi, chicken, etc. (never been a big beef eater) too much to follow her diet. That being said, I don't ask her to prepare any meat dishes at home for me.

I only have Faculity/Staff Common. Really only an issue if I need to go to College Ave. Campus as most of those lots are reserved.

Vegan doesn't have to mean tasteless. I can make some mean mushroom fajitas ^
