I need to lose some poundage myself. I think Ms. GadFly's decision to transition from vegetarianism towards veganism may have positive affect on me (assuming that when I'm home, I also eat the nasty bland crap that she'll be cooking for herself) |

They made a 'bread' out of it without even grinding it, because supposedly grinding it makes it not nutritious at all. i can understand whole wheats/grains, eating some of the outer skin, all that jazz, but basically eating horse food? yum yum, eat up boyz! |

I'm back to being a vegetarian. Allergic to tuna and until I know what fish I can eat, I'm avoiding it. I eat mostly vegetarian at home; it's eating out that's a challenge.
