Nice job!

I need to lose some poundage myself. I think Ms. GadFly's decision to transition from vegetarianism towards veganism may have positive affect on me (assuming that when I'm home, I also eat the nasty bland crap that she'll be cooking for herself)

Potato, tomato (vinegar and basil), zucchini, so many great veggies.

I think the most BORING person I ever had to cook for was someone that was more strict than even vegan, he ate mostly BULK WHEAT and bulk grain at home. They made a 'bread' out of it without even grinding it, because supposedly grinding it makes it not nutritious at all.

i can understand whole wheats/grains, eating some of the outer skin, all that jazz, but basically eating horse food? yum yum, eat up boyz!

I'm back to being a vegetarian. Allergic to tuna and until I know what fish I can eat, I'm avoiding it. I eat mostly vegetarian at home; it's eating out that's a challenge.

Nice job by the OP. I loved Easter Island when I was there last year, it was the highlight of my trip. It also helped that I was reading Area 57 at the same time when I was there, totally loved it.

Free wifi in PDX. But it doesn't reach into the RCC.
