Why do people make non-refundable hotel reservations in Vegas months in advance? The savings cannot have been all that significant. And now there is a FHR BOGO deal at the Wynn/Encore but I'm stuck staying with a group at the Trump because these guys booked non-refundable. Same price for a crappier hotel. :td:

If "a couple of weeks from now" is more than 21 days, is LAS-PHX on WN then PHX-ATL a possibility? LAS-PHX is a $49 base fare.

I just got MSY-IAH-LIM for $512a/i. I'll then be doing LIM-CUZ with Star Peru (737-200 outbound, BAe 146-100 return), and Aerosur CUZ-LPB (727-200, with an 06:30-hour layover in CUZ on the return for some quick sightseeing).

A. That looks a bit like Twitter-speak.
B. FTE is good for EOFT, EFL, and EFIAH without being an inservice teacher. The Environmental Econ course Is Not Possible. And the HNL workshop is usually open only to HI residents. I did manage to do EFIAH in LAS, though. B. EOFT 1 and 2, EFL, and EFIAH, eh? Taking all those would make me something like a zero-experience teacher that would be hired at a Master's plus zero salary step, but I'd have nine credits toward that first promotion step. Copa approves of this. ^^ Add to that nine that I can get other credit from them in Education and Economics with other programs, and that makes for a spectacular bargain. Mental note to self to make charitable donation to FTE should all of this work out for me. ETA: The course about the failure of the Soviet Union does not seem to be restricted either, nor do the ones about capitalism being good for the poor or the one on economics of disasters. Make that 17 credits. ^^^^ |
Damn DL's one way awards are expensive. Was hoping to maybe solve our problem of flying LAS-ATL with a one way DL award for each of us, but no way am I blowing that many miles on coach seats on a DL 763 or 752 torture chamber.

Do you quality for the pay with miles option . One way would be to use the pay with miles to pay for the Y/B/M fare and then use miles to upgrade. Its not the best use of miles but is better then coach. |

It's the first weekend of February. I'll look at that, although I'd rather fly CO.

She's a strong drinker. Hard to keep up with. On any given night I'm fine (at least I think so) but she's got impressive stamina to keep at it night after night.
Mock me now, but show up and try to play. You'll learn in a hurry. :p

I don't know. I didn't investigate the coat closets (didn't even know the DC-10s had those).

Over the past few minutes I have been working hard, pushing the boundaries of creative thought, traveling extensively between the toilet and my office, pouring my heart and soul into a special tribute documentary to the Box. I humbly believe this is a fitting tribute to our special corner of the internet. One that has spawned much travel, even more beer consumption, shrubbery extractions, and even the occasional adoption of armadillos in Mendoza, Argentina (in the name of discounted Coors Light). The Box has become an integral part of all our lives and has changed the way we view media. It has given a voice to the  and has been an agent of more. It is with great pride that I unveil to you, my distinguished box brethern, my tribute documentary to our little corner of the world wide . VIVA LA BOX. VIVA LA PWP. P:rolleyes:STY POST POST. :-: *also available in Sweedish |

Three new lines, two new carriers, and one new equipment type. Considering hotels on the shore of Titicaca are only about $25/night, and fare from La Paz is only about $15 roundtrip, and food is dirt cheap, this should work out to about the same as a weekend in MittleEvropa (if not cheaper). |
Can someone tell my laser printer I'm not in the mood to figure out why it keeps jambing up with every other sheet of paper?

Some job search sites are so  3 minutes after signing up, I get 10 e-mails (like "Get a job a fast in medical billing", "earn an online degree as a psychologist", "become a nirse" (yeah that's h:rolleyes:w it was spelled)) and one phone call. And yeah, I was careful to watch for the artfully hidden "check this b:rolleyes:x to remove your name from outside contacts".
