Great. I need a Visa, which requires a Yellow Fever Vaccination (& certificate). I hate shots.

Yup and your PC card will get you into SkyTeam USA lounges, too.

I just got MSY-IAH-LIM for $512a/i. I'll then be doing LIM-CUZ with Star Peru (737-200 outbound, BAe 146-100 return), and Aerosur CUZ-LPB (727-200, with an 06:30-hour layover in CUZ on the return for some quick sightseeing).

One of my favorite parts of the tuk-tuk (at least as a kid) was the strange, boomerang-shaped steering apparatus. :D I have a miniature toy replica brought home from BKK back in the day.

I love those little Tuk-Tuks!

Printer, stop jamming.

Bolivian Visa is $135. At least it's good for 5 years. I'd like to go back and check out the salt flats/lakes in the South at some point.

Reading the potential adverse reactions to yellow fever vaccination was fun. One of the rare, severe complications is some strange, painful disease with a 53% mortality rate. At least it's valid for 10 years. Will need to start planning travel to all the countries/regions that require a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate.

Olton Hall - yet, again, another delay for the foundation. Looks like it will be Wednesday now :td::(

If these will work with your graduate program and desired school districts, it's an inexpensive way to get exposed to content and pedagogy - teaching in this manner is still considered innovative in the college setting (and I get sent to conferences to discuss how to do so). Just finished my travel authorizations for the Cambridge, MA trip.

Nothing transfers into my graduate program, unfortunately. I'm looking at FTE courses as a bolster to my admissibility to the graduate program and also (for want of a proper term) "free money" in the form of a higher salary earlier in my teaching career, without the need to pay off a considerable corresponding debt sum. Further, this kind of stuff is material that I can easily see being favorably looked upon should I ever want to get into subject area management...subject area chairperson, etc.

The credits come from the University of Colorado so I would find it hard to believe that a school district would INP them.

As much as I absolutely loathe shots, I think I may just load up on some of the majors (Yellow Fever, Hep A & B, DPT, Polio Booster), and start planning travel to the less health-friendly regions of the planet whilst they are all at or near full strength.

Over the past few minutes I have been working hard, pushing the boundaries of creative thought, traveling extensively between the toilet and my office, pouring my heart and soul into a special tribute documentary to the Box.

I humbly believe this is a fitting tribute to our special corner of the internet. One that has spawned much travel, even more beer consumption, shrubbery extractions, and even the occasional adoption of armadillos in Mendoza, Argentina (in the name of discounted Coors Light).

The Box has become an integral part of all our lives and has changed the way we view media. It has given a voice to the  and has been an agent of more.

It is with great pride that I unveil to you, my distinguished box brethern, my tribute documentary to our little corner of the world wide .

VIVA LA BOX. VIVA LA PWP. P:rolleyes:STY POST POST. :-:
