I am trying to figure out how to get either Dish or DirecTV with HD and DVR and have it cost less than my service from Time Warner where I don't get NFL Network. It is difficult. @:-)

The tech created a tr:(uble ticket, but can't add my phone number to it. :rolleyes: He says he's not even supposed to use the tr:rolleyes:uble ticket system and he has very limited access to it.

How much is your service from TW? Incidentally, TW is trying to change its name. I have Dish Network w/ the NFL Network. I have the silver HD only pkg w/ DVR for $52/month. The DVR is external and I own it. I connected it to my receiver, paid them a one time fee of $39, and I can record boatloads of HD on to my 1tb drive. No monthly fee for DVR service. However, it doesn't have the online features of their other receivers. I don't need those features.
TXU and their gas services, electrical services, etc, changed names at least 4 times in the last 8 years. once they changed names for a year, then right back to the name they had before with 'delivery' added to the name. |
