I like reading my horrible-scope at the end of the day to see how wrong it is. Today's said "Things are about to come to a head. You knew it would come down to this. " I most have missed things coming to a head unless it's happening in the next 45 minutes.

Bedtime. Bolivia is a pretty inconvenient place to fly to. Lousy flight times and connections, even within South America. Serves them right for being landlocked and having the audacity to field a Navy.

Nooo!!! You must go!

I grabbed a Maxima with leather the last time I rented from National at FLL - nice rental!

The newest version of the Malibu isn't bad. It's one of the best driving mid-size sedans on the market, but it has some annoyances that would keep me from wanting to buy one and drive it every day (tiny trunk opening, lack of interior grab handles or a rear armrest, sharp edge on B-pillar scarpes the side of a tall front seat passenger or driver as they get in and out of the car).

This wasn't the current Malibu. The previous models were POS.

I used to rely on fortune cookies.. not my horiscope. But then again, I once (again) got a "You will enjoy an Asian Vacation".. so my faith in them is diminishing as well..

I ascribe to Buffett's theory of investing in airlines.

Fortune cookies of late have been talking about the wife I don't have.

There are a few of those scattered around. I found one at ATL a couple of weeks ago when I needed a car for the day.

I had a Sebring for a couple of weeks back in 2006 after the accident. Nothing to write home about, but the Kia Rio I had this summer sure made it look good. Now THAT was a spectacular  of a car...

I actually just got a VW Beetle last month (just for the day while my car was being worked on). I was glad to have the experience of driving it because I REALLY wanted a yellow one in HS. It was a fun temporary experience, but definitely designed specifically for people of my (short) proportions.

(I ended up driving the parents' aged F-150 instead, which was honestly much cooler. :D)

I received "You would make a good lawyer" multiple times, which made them even more implausible (for something made up at a typewriter) ...

While risky, I think some airline stocks can turn out to be a rewarding short term investment. I (curiously) purchased CAL back when it was around $9.

Yes, and even though I'm in South Florida I plan on using those heated leather seats. It's supposed to be 34F tomorrow morning.

Yep. That version was only slightly less POSsy than the one it replaced. The late 1990s version that lived on until around 2005 as the Classic was pretty craptacular.

According to VW, tall people aren't interested in seeing the odometer or fuel gauge. Tons of headroom though.
