CO SWUs are making me reconsider BD crediting. I've got 37,800 BD miles at the moment, which is 300 mi more than necessary to redeem U.S.--->Europe in C on part cash/part mi. I've got a Tampon run and a JFK-PHX-SJO Q-UP booked in January. Those two itineraries would earn me 101,475 BD mi.

Credited to CO, those same two itineraries earn me 24,823 EQM. Decisions, decisions...

I would have to go with BD, given the absolute abuse you could wreak as a result.

As sdm1130 said, I would use BD until it's dead. Once it's gone we'll all miss it.

Damn, I leave FT again for a few days and come back to find CO SWUs and a new elite level.

Now to figure out how to get 100,000 EQMs on CO and 40,000 EQMs on UA next year (maximize CR-1s on UA).

Earning over 100,000 RDMs for two weekends of flying is pretty effing ridiculous. :D

I think that's being gracious. The hublet hasn't been losing capacity left and right. I'd be amazed if CVG is anything more than a O/D airport in 12-18 months. With DTW, there is no point anymore.

I could totally do that again. Would like to pair future trips with jaunts to Cuzco and Bolivia.
