Apparently some people in ATL think they were. Though we all know the reality.

A lot of people in Atlanta think DL is the best thing ever. But they can't help it. Many of them don't know any better.

I still tend to think AA ExPlat is the best top-tier program out there...

Today's announcement firmly put CO over DL (in my book) and up there with UA.

CO clearly handed it to DL today. Good for them.

Depends on where you live and where you want to go. CO has a lot more international flights than AA, particularly to EU.

One of the complaints about AA is its lack of international coverage on its own metal.

ETA: Also, with CO, no MD-80s.

I'm not too worried about EU coverage (long haul is most important - I can deal with a train or small plane ride once I get there). Mad Dogs are manageable as I normally can get the exit row if planned (note - I've been screwed into a middle seat during Irrops - but always rectified that).

I was in ATL and I knew that.

Yeah, you just raped DL as much as possible since they have issues with overbooking.

Well, I guess when you compare them to Airtran. :D

I'm glad I booked my trip this week on CO over DL with today's news.

Rape implies a lack of consent. I am pretty sure they consensually sold the tickets.

After you fed their booking system two pints of Roofie-colada.

I wish I had your luck in those endeavors.

Living in Houston, CO and WN are the only reasonable options for nonstops. Thankfully, neither is bad. In fact, I'd much rather take WN to a destination that is served by CO only with ERJs.
