Me, too, though only from Tempo to Tempo+ IST-CDG. The snack was nice to have.

I somehow snagged it on IAH-CDG Y-C. Have also received Y-C op-ups with CO on IAH-AMS, LGW-IAH, and EWR-GLA. ^^^

Has been many years since I last had an op-up, but I consider myself quite fortunate to have scored so many. The CO ones all came within about 18 months of each other.

Yes, it is my eternal shame. Someday, perhaps the fates will smile till then .... no soup for me

Somewhat comfortably ensconced in 16F again. I was kind of right earlier: I am on the same plane twice today, but the legs where it's the same plane were the first and last.

New type added: got two 900ER's; already had -900.

My only op-up so far was old school C to old school F on KE (ICN-NRT).

I also jinxed someone out of what they thought to be a sure-fire op-up from EWR-FRA. :D :p

Good for you getting the chef in charge gig. ^

Thank you. The funny part is I will possibly know two of the golfers at the event as they were players here at OSU (aka OK State University). I may have to get a few pointers from your husband on feeding the masses SFOGate. Which would in turn make the mileage run more of a business expense. ;)

3rd segment today of 3 that has had at least one really really cute FA. Some of the IAH-based crews are just  and they're rockin' 3" heels.

Many here might enjoy this This Video from BBC's Top Gear. It's an Airport Equipment race with rally car drivers. Catering Truck, air stairs, fire truck, bendy bus, tug, luggage tugs, etc. (catch it before BBC has it yanked)

Well ... that always is a YMMV kind of question. If flying AA again for sure. AA EQMs will be 1x, EQPs at 1.5x and RDMs at 1.5X. Believe that you cannnot do the challenge anymore if not on AA metal or under an AA flight no. Another alternative would be Asia Miles themselves, and they can be used to upgrade AA flights. I would not use them for BA, QF or the others. The Wing and the Pier in HKG have AMAZING FC lounges.:-::-:

No challenge. He really doesnt care about this. He just hit Silver on CO and has about 35k EQM but he cant chose who he flys with. Its whatever the sponsor is willing to put him on.

Maybe BA if he gets in on the 100k CC signup offer.

I cant even convince him to get the CO MC as CO is his first choice airline since he has a girlfriend in IAH.

I think he should suggest Mexicana or Royal Jordanian, as a karmic balancer for getting to jet off to Macau in F at the last minute. :D

Got a call yesterday and followed up and confirmed that i will be working the ATT Pebble Beach yet again this year. New assignment though. I will be the chef in charge of the kitchen for 3rd Fairway Clubhouse. This will be in the same village area as the corporate chalets on the 3rd fairway and will have an estimated 1100 on the busiest day. This should be interesting!! :D

Congratulations!:-:

Not a gain or loss until you sell. And I have some theoretical losses that have been sitting in the portfolio from earlier this decade. For record-keeping purposes (and the fact that these don't have much capital locked up), I sell some more each calendar year rather than disposing of all remembering to do a carryover loss.
