Bump Is Not Possible. Oh well.

In 5 years of being NW PE, and alternatively, AA EXP and/or UA 1P, never bumped and never op'ed up. I suck.:(

I was just at lunch with a colleague today and he was telling me about how he was able to score 9 bumps in one "bad" weekend at EWR with UA. Apparently, on a couple of the bumps they were so desperate for a volunteer that he was able to get two DBC Free tix instead of one.

Double :-: if you didn't submit yourself. :p

Indeed, I did not. I've gotten a lot of referral traffic this week, from /. to boingboing to wired. It has been interesting to say the least.

Well ... that always is a YMMV kind of question. If flying AA again for sure. AA EQMs will be 1x, EQPs at 1.5x and RDMs at 1.5X. Believe that you cannnot do the challenge anymore if not on AA metal or under an AA flight no. Another alternative would be Asia Miles themselves, and they can be used to upgrade AA flights. I would not use them for BA, QF or the others. The Wing and the Pier in HKG have AMAZING FC lounges.:-::-:

Maybe BA if he gets in on the 100k CC signup offer.

I think he should suggest Mexicana or Royal Jordanian, as a karmic balancer for getting to jet off to Macau in F at the last minute. :D

Got a call yesterday and followed up and confirmed that i will be working the ATT Pebble Beach yet again this year. New assignment though. I will be the chef in charge of the kitchen for 3rd Fairway Clubhouse. This will be in the same village area as the corporate chalets on the 3rd fairway and will have an estimated 1100 on the busiest day. This should be interesting!! :D

Congratulations and good luck.

Me, too, though only from Tempo to Tempo+ IST-CDG. The snack was nice to have.
