Hey, don't forget, there is a 787-3 though I don't think anyone has bought that.

I thought that the -3 was what ANA bought for dense Japanese domestic traffic.

If you write a real, good old dead-tree letter to UA Mileage Plus, they'll actually send you a printout of all of your mileage-earning activity going back as long as you want. Mine was 30 pages of fanfold greenbar paper.

I am very, very, very, very happy that I no longer host my blog at home. I made /. today.

For anyone that collects BD miles, you have to check out this redemption calculator:

I remember years ago when a site I ran got featured on /. and TechTV. The server nearly buckled under the strain. But yeah, good on ya for the traffic.

Nice. Between that and the earning calculator that someone posted over there the other day they really have things covered. Of course, it will be all for naught in a few months when M+M takes over but what fun in the interim. ;)

sbm12, ALCO read/heard for many months about the M+M takeover. Does that mean the BD party is near over? I am led to understand that M+M is not exactly a "FF Bonanza".

And your article didn't get the "slashdotted" tag either. ^

It is still not certain what will happen to DC and when, until then it is "all ahead full"

ETA: M&M is not that bad, you essentially earn the same way with Q-ups minus the 55K bonii.
