time to start a homeowner's claim

Appears Ida's rain was too much for the roof-4 leaks, Water spots on ceiling, one big brown un and somehow 1 leak avoided the first floor, ran down a rafter to wall stud and came into basement

The "old" roof is only 12 years :rolleyes:ld

I didn't check the oil spot-market today, but it had been trending down at the end of last week thanks to Ida being a :rolleyes: and the US "finding" more inventories than they thought they had.
