I think the hotels most of us stay in are far too nice for the Cheaters crew to be pulling up out front. They tend to hit those klassy joints where you pay at a bank-teller style window, cash in advance, they charge a deposit for the TV remote control, and you get asked how many hours you'd like the room for.

There are places you have to pay a deposit for the TV remote control?:eek:

This just in: Super 8 announces new elite status tiers: Grout, Formica, and Linoleum.

With thanks to Trustguy for the idea. :)

I was looking at cost saving alternatives to the Fairfield Inn in Longview, TX and found a Quality Inn that looked ok and was $30 per night cheaper. In reading the fine print, they charge a $100 cash deposit for connecting to their wireless network for Internet access. It is the most :rolleyes::eek: thing I've ever seen.

I think so. He doesn't really talk to me since he's at that age where mommy is just the driver.

I think he really likes the idea of being in the uniform and having his girlfriend fawn all over him after the game. :D What ever it takes, I'm for it.

I hate getting up early on a Saturday. Son had to be at football practice, which consists of watching the game film today and then they take their group photos.

I've created a mini monster in the Devil Dog. She is currently whining that it's time for me to take her to the dog park. And I want/need another cup of coffee.....I can tell that's not going to happen.

Verizon, AT&T and the other wireless companies must love hotels. I'd suspect these internet fees in hotels just drive people away from using the hotel stuff and switch to good smart phones are data cards for note/netbooks.

Marriott is entertaining offering free Internet access as one of the options for the Plat arrival gift, a move I wholeheartedly support.
