I spend roughly 60% of the nights in a year in hotel rooms. I hear stuff like that about once every 6 months, but then, I try to avoid hotels that I know have thin walls.

Actually the last time I heard such activity it was a pay-per-view porn movie with the volume way up. This happened around 3:30 AM. Fortunately the guest next door only watched about 15 minutes of it.

Worst ever was a neighbor I had for a few months in Houston. Every weekend while she had that boyfriend. I could never sleep; they would go at it for hours, and usually didn't get started on weekend nights until well after midnight. It was so rough they knocked a picture off the wall that was between our bedrooms. I even considered moving my bed to the other wall.

Then one night they had a fight and after that no more loud sex noises waking me up. I didn't see him ever again. She moved out a few months later.
