Work, I believe.

Their pictures they've sent us are amazing — incredible scenery, animals… I'm really looking forward to us eventually getting there for a visit.

I've heard about the scenery but never knew too much past that. I want to do a photo safari at some point but I'd never considered there. I always looked at options in South Africa/Tanzania area. @:-)

I guarantee you, they sleep really well at night.

I don't doubt it. When we were in Philly we heard that same explanation with regard to Hermano de Claudio 1E.

If I was not attached, I'm absolutely certain that I would be in the Middle East right now. I would have jumped on that munitions contracting gig, but not at the cost of my relationship...the death of which I wasn't ruling out happening at the time I was thinking about doing it.

Why do the foreign carriers have such good percentages...or perhaps more accurately, why is it anticipated that they will? I don't get it.

What do you mean? CO commonly awards 150% for full Y fares, on both domestic and foreign partners. BD is the outlier in this instance, as it only awards 100% for full Y on SA.

Ahh, misunderstood. I thought you were talking about getting more than 100% on an economy (non-full-Y) fare by crediting to CO post-:-:. :o

How bad are the routings to get there. We were thinking of trying to get somewhere for a few days (Dec 24-30) before going to BCN for New Years and that looks pretty damn impressive. But if it is 2 days' travel each way that won't work very well.

Bad.

The only mileage-happy way to go looks to be SAA.

That ratio isn't so bad because I've hit them back pretty hard. But, yeah, there's a load of  and  with them too. No doubt.

ETA - I will be down there from 12/27-12/29, then catching WVB-CPT-LHR to snag an A342.

Bad? That looks fan-plucking-tastic to me. :-:

The best airports are airports w/o taxiways. :-:

I'm looking, but I think probably too much travel time for what she's willing to do.

Then again, TK002 has two F seats available on the 77W for 12/24 departure, so I might do just about anything to use that routing. :D
