Got the expected hard sell in my presentation for my Visa gift card at the timeshare resort (still abusing the trial package). "Explained" annuity due, discounted cash flows, and time value of money to the two sales representatives. One rep asked me if their 200,000 customers were idiots. I said "no, but your 200,000 customers either value your services at more than (amount) per year or don't understand your business model".
