Booze and Aeroporn. You're walking a fine line there, son. :-:

I'm trying to avoid the temptation of a second glass, while the lounge attendant is out of the room.

Perfect fall mountain weather. Where are you headed?

I should have done the same. I have a nice buzz going now. Workout may have to wait a few hours.

I blew my partner away Saturday night with a homemade pasta sauce I made, and then used for an impromptu, no recipe, lasagna. His exact words, once it was finally done, were "Holy F***! You were right! This sauce is f***ing incredible! Why haven't you made this for me before?"

The recipe is ridiculously simple, and from a cookbook written by an old college acquaintance and her childhood best friend. It focuses on fresh, organic, from scratch recipes sized for couples. And the pasta sauce in it is AMAZING.

You will have to share teh recipe.

At worst, it gives you good stories to share in here.

To which of the three things you draw parallel are you referring?

Every time I'm in LA either the ground shakes or it burns.

Oh wait. That's every day in LA.

Is that why you hang your hat in Tennessee?

I happen to just like TN. And my exes live in MD, PA, MD, Germany, and MO, respectively. ;)

I swore I was going to the gym tonight, and I'm sticking to it. Last thing I need to do is try and go down there drunk. I don't see that working out too well.

I'm hobbled a bit lately - some form of hamstring strain.

I'm sinning right now to the cost of $7.00 in the Marriott lounge, charged to my room. I believe I can call this "room service dinner."

And on TV in the lounge? Watching live footage of a DC-10 tanker dropping fire suppressant on the latest wild fires in the LA area.

Too cheap. You need to have two. $14.00 is much more believable.

I like to add a small can of Ro*Tel Tomatoes & Green Chillies to my pasta sauce, for a little kick...

All my exes do live in Texas. But that's not why I hang my hat in Ge:rolleyes:riga.

Better for the colors. You can check out the progress (sort of) here. As you probably know, add a couple days for NM mountains.

Oh oh. Unless you mean New England! Duh.

Lake Placid. Friday and Saturday look to be ^, though I guess I'll be grabbing the gloves and hat for the morning. Hope the leaves are a bit ahead of what I saw yesterday. The foothills of the Adirondacks are still pretty green, the elevations should have some color. Tomorrow's foliage report will tell all.
