Are there actually people there to answer the phone?

I'm tired. This has been a long day. And work still isn't over.

I'm now answering questions I answered in April… and June… and August… and the answer hasn't changed. The person asking has just forgotten she's already asked before, and that I've already answered before.

A client in Huntsville, PA, and I think you will have collected the whole set.

I really think I hear a glass of wine, or a cocktail, back at the Marriott's lounge calling my name.

I went and bought a kitchen chair cushion; one that had the grips on the bottom similar to this page

Didn't know that one was there. I should tell the powers that be that I want it if we ever have any work there.

Am so breaking this client's rule against ordering alcohol tonight. Thank God for non-itemized restaurant receipts.

Read this before getting into the column. His references and nicknames are required knowledge so as to not to confuse oneself.

Yeah, he did mention the jeans.

Sounds to me like he's one of these passengers that expects everything to be 150% perfect all the time, and if anything goes wrong, no matter how minor, he needs compensation. He turned down a travel certificate equal to one way of the trip, which had to be worth at least several hundred dollars. It's not like the airline is really at fault here, either.

You've met my mother? I try to teach her shortcuts and better ways of working in Widows and all I get is .

Canadian jokes might have a better rate of return on the World Joke Exchange Market than fart jokes. They're just always funny.

If any NJ-area folks would like to buy a $100 raffle ticket for a 1 in 350 shot at $10,000, please let me know. I'm not joking; this is a Rotary fundraiser.

I just realized that it's a photoshop of someone I don't know. Damn Google Images.

I edited the original into my post and she looks like Teri Hatcher. ^^

I hope he means that the client is picking up the direct expenses, and not that they have policy about what their vendors' people can do off hours.
