As per its Wiki page, ALB has previously handled an A343 and a C-5. I read on FT that a CO 772 diverted there. AF1 in its current iteration should not be a problem. That might change in a few years when the White House upgrades to 747-8I.

Get there early and ask John E. Law where they are comfortable with you eyeballing the landing. Make sure they know you are an aerogeek and just like taking pictures for your albums, not our friends in southwest asia.

Yes, you can bet I'm sure glad it turned out ok!!! My little one is 8 next month, and I thank god for every day I have with her. I honestly don't know how parents who lose their children can get past it. It would have been the end of my sanity had she died.

I am about to chase down the UPS driver again, he has several more boxes and again today maked them undelieverable but they are on the truck and the supervisor is calling him to setup a meet point with me!
