Less comfortable than the old-school YX seating?

Nope - I think they had a 1K range around MKE. :D
Midwest was actually quite nice back in the day (if, indeed we are discussing Midwest Express.. que up the idiot bells if we are not. ). All leather F type seats and cookies for all. Unfortunately I stopped flying them a while ago and the airline has gone downhill (so I've heard) since that time. Editing - I didn't know too much about travel at the time so in general, cookies made me happy. :p Granted, flying 717s with around 80 seats, charging the same prices as everyone else, hubbing out of only MKE and MCI (mostly MKE), and only flying to a handful of cities, does not a profitable airline make in this day and age. The average load factor of around 50-60% I experienced doesn't help much either. But I'm quite glad I flew YX a few times last year, and always greatly enjoyed my flights on them. |
 |
I found the aircraft that belynch uses to go to FRA on his work trips:

I just tried the dried fruit at the DL lounge and it is great. Im trying to figure out how to smuggle a ziplock bag full of it out of here for the flight.
