Wow -- sorry to hear that you have to schlep to a laundromat -- that sucks!

Enjoy DQ!:D

Am procrastinating from starting client project -- may be an all-nighter as I want to have it pretty much developed my the time I see client at 11am t'morrow!^ Needing some strong motivational vibe now!:-:

At least the laundromat isn't smoking anymore. $2 per load sucks - almost done, will go home put first load in office, go back to the office to pick up the laptops, external drives, and shave ...

DQ was pretty good. No dilly bar, though.

Get some work done - my minimal goal tonight is to back-up the current laptop (completely), mirror that to the laptop for my new position ...

Phone service / data is  in this part of town.

J.Ed might have some suggestions. There are some west coast to SGN for 650$ fares floating around.

That reminds me of a Budweiser commercial airing in Florida a few years ago: 30 seconds of of tourists doing touristy things, and at the end “Welcome to Florida! Now go home.”

The one I saw in LAS was "You have seen everything now go home." For avious reasons this has not been the LAS slogan any time soon.

A for now deflunct routes:

AUS-LAS CO
EFD-IAH CO
IAH-EFD CO
IAH-Stapleton PE or Braniff (1985)
LGW-IAH CO

Stanford Hospital now has a Progress/Status Board so that you can glance at how your love one is doing without bugging the nurses or receptionist. I asked one of the head nurses (she's a dog park goer) what happens when if the person dies on the table.

They could license some images out of this book to use:

What kind of dog park facilities do you have?

I can only think of two routes on my map that don't exist anymore. EWR-COS and EWR-ORY on CO.

COS was a great boon to Denver, indirectly. There was a red-eye into EWR, always over half empty. Sure upgrade, snack, then three-across sleep into EWR, into the city by 8:30, get a full day of whatever in, back to DEN and home in time to see Letterman. No other way to do it.

Boy, do I wish that the COS-EWR flight still ran! :( I could do without the driving back & forth to DEN from COS!

About to leave the office (to put second load of laundry in dryer). On the phone with SPG about moving a Free Weekend night (again) without paying the $200+ cancellation penalty ...

Me too! I've also got a rare one -- TTN-BOS :p :p :p

I've got TTN-PIT-DUJ (US) a few times.

Also have:

ALB-BUF (CO)

BUF-ROC (CO)

SRQ-TPA (CO)

ISP-BOS (US)

PHL-LGW (US)

There are others I'm sure but I can't think of them right now.

Actually, I'm home right now....I was less than a mile from my house today when the doctor I was supposed to visit in Stamford called and postponed for about 3 weeks. I'm glad I wasn't already on the train....that would have been very .

I have to admit that not only did I not watch that game...but I have barely seen any hockey this season....just so much other stuff going on that I haven't had any time.

BTW, CM, thanks for posting for me earlier...I could text but was roaming and didn't feel like dealing with super-slow data speeds on my phone.

Still on hold - told the representative I would buy my F&B there. If this were Hyatt GoldPassport (even if I weren't diamond) and a Faster Free Night, this would have been a two-minute call.

I actually have to call (SkyTeam partner) next and change my outbound date to AUA ...

That would have indeed been .

It's still preseason, no worries. Only the first Devil game of five and the second of five for the Rags. Devils won in a shootout. :D:D:D

You're welcome, happy to do it. I guess I should have given you credit for the joke. :o (The Kanye West joke I posted was texted to me by Steve.)
