It can be as outlandish and wild because you never know - after all, I have managed to sell bottle openers on all sorts of things I never thought people would buy:D

Capital Grill in PHL is a disaster. Dinner was horrible, and lunch was just OK. I would complain more, but it's hard to gripe when you have a bacon cheeseburger and a margarita in front of you...such a fun combination.

What about a bottle opener where the mechanism is disguised under a pair of teeth or within an open mouth? Visual goofy value.
