I know just how you feel. My daughter ignored my voice message to her (not to call me) and she calls me three times while I'm napping before work. I wasn't too nice either.

Great pictures of San Francisco. It looks like you had a nice day sight seeing.

Yeah, I get to play FA on the *A charter flights.

You're entitled to compensation for that. Waitlisted F rewards have priority over EUA's.

Not true. Displaced F passengers are prioritized at the gate but not over EUAs. EUA comes from the R bucket; F rewards are from the I or O buckets.

But once at the airport he should identify himself as a displaced F passenger to be moved to the top of the list.

A bit hard to believe that 83K didn't happen last night. I guess folks were worn out from all the MR bookings.

I've got three GEG runs over 5 days next April, including a stop of almost 24 hours there at one point. I'll be well past my 55K point on BD or I can use them for CO re-qualification as necessary. And I should have time to actually explore a bit of Idaho and maybe get in a round of golf. Not too bad.

I only read that one. Not going to start posting in it.

I'm not too thrilled with the temporary reduction in mainline service from CO ATL seems to be experiencing right after Labor Day until early October. We just booked ATL-EWR roundtrip for my partner and EWR-ATL for me, returning on the same flight with him, and flights that used to be 733s or 735s are now ERJs. Amazingly he didn't mind booking the ERJ, and apparently wants to start flying CO more, since he hates DL and FL's frequent flier program is only good for domestic trips to certain major cities.

But still, I hope this is just the temporary reduction in service that it appears to be on the timetable. I'm not going to be very happy if we see most mainline CO service leave ATL as CO exits SkyTeam.

I've decided to not refund my US/UA purchases from last night. I've got another chance to wimp out later when I look into actual positioning costs, but I actually want to fly them. And I'm only in for $280 of non-refundability should it come to that.

OK, I thought it had been announced in the thread but didnt want to spend hours combing through as I knew someone here would know.

At this point I am planning to fly out on UA to EWR and DEN-TUL on Frontier Lynx. Mainly for the line and new airlines. The Mega Do will give me many lines and airlines I dont currently have :).

Hope the ERJ doesnt stick around. :(

I saw that CO is sending two 737s on this coming Monday to OKC within an hour of each other. I didnt check to see where they head the next day but very interesting as the nighttime ERJ coming up to OKC is gone now it looks.

News Alert

Boeing now expects the first flight of its 787 Dreamliner by the end of the year, with its first delivery projected for late 2010, as the company reinforces parts of the next-generation plane. Boeing's shares rose in premarket trading.

Boeing announced its latest Dreamliner delay two months ago, saying then the plane wouldn't fly by mid-year as planned because of structural troubles. At the time Boeing said it would be several weeks before it released a revised timetable for the plane, which is already two years behind schedule.

Why aren't there any SPG properties with a shuttle to/from MSP? :(

My UA bookings are going to require an overnight in MSP before and after the flying as well as an overnight in GEG...
