Wasn't the western edge of the Meadowlands property going to be dedicated Giants/Jets practice areas?

I just realized that except for the Rangers and Islanders, every NY Metro sports team will have gotten a new building in the last few years. Only the Devils' place is open and working, but the Giants/Jets, Mets and Yankees are in the midst of new construction. The Nets are getting their place in Brooklyn too.

That is what I thought, One structure looks like an aiplane hangar, So it can probably be a practice facility.
The other, is a small 2 story building > everyone thought it was gonna be a much needed parking structure.

That must be nice. NJD doesn't release anything more than necessary.

If you want to see the oil money, take the taxi down to Abu Dhabi.

Looks like sbm12 was right. Despite the assertion of the agent this morning, the RTW tix had to be issued as paper tix this evening because of the Aeroflot segments. It was also a gut-clenching moment to give up my pin no. and let go of 440,000 miles. Guess you gotta burn 'em sometime.

It will be the best 440,000 miles you will ever spend :) Glad it all worked out!

Ouch, that must have hurt. We all save up miles for something glorious, right? This seems like a good enough reason to use 'em!

About $275/ticket. Not as bad as I had feared.

ssullivan, half the time, I have to look up the airports codes of the airports you talk about visiting.

Since I usually read with envy the varied airports the Boxers visit, I thought I'd throw out a new one i flew into, T05.

On an unrelated note, I will be canceling 2 BF reward seats to EZE Aug. 6-19. I'd be glad to coordinate the release time with anyone looking for seats.

I'm flying to EAR next week - one of my favorite codes. I once flew FAT-EAR with a DEN connection

What's up with Kearney, NB, baglady? You trying to compete with me on crappy small town airports or something?

I assume you're flying Great Lakes from DEN. Aren't those Beech 1900s fun?

There is no choice but wonderful Great Lakes. They actually have FAs now which is an enhancement ;). My company is located there so I have to go there from time to time. Usually I take the direct flight to OMA and do the drive but due to time contraints I'm slumming it and taking Great Lakes after my Co flight to Den (and am stuck in a middle aisle on an H fare which I hope will clear!). I've done about every small town airport in Nebraska there is which is about as bad as the small town ones around here ;)

I guess another serious disagreement with Concierge Mike, the Devils fan. I love the intra-division games and would like it if the games were all between the Devils, Rangers, Flyers, Islanders, and Pens. Throw in the Caps and we have a six team deal just like the one that I grew up loving. Forget about any others.

By the time January rolls around, there will be such hatred and animosity that every game will be a revenge match until the end of the season. It is great. Much better than having a bunch of pansies coming in once a season and figure-skating around for a few hours before flying back to LA.

Probably vaults where they can hide all the money that they are going to collect from the season ticket holders for the dreaded Personal Seat Licenses. I am afraid that the b*stards will try to sock me for 10 grand PSLs for each of my seats and I don't know if I am prepared to give it to them.

They have flight attendants on the Beech? Or is that one of the cities that actually gets their Brasilias?

Some of my more interesting FlightMemory lines were from flights I had on Great Lakes out of DEN in 2001.
