I have come to confess my sins.

Today I was flying IAH-SEA with a friend and the flight was oversold by 3 and even though we were #1 &2 on the list for upgrade that wasn't happening. So we decide to volunteer for $250. We decide to do it as we would also get IAH-SLC & SLC-SEA as new lines on FM. So the Red Coat is working the reservation and says, bte only one of you will get the voucher as we only need one. I said well then We will get on the flight. I was kinda miffed but understand although I have seen other times when a couple volunteers and one not two are needed and thus they pay both.

Rant OFF!

I am now in SEA and having a great time. Did the market today and the washington Wine tasting room, and the Pink Door. Tommorrow is Pride here all day in SEA, then Monday to the Boeing plant, and then off the the penisula for a day and a half with a friend there and then back to SEA for the flights to NRT!!!

Hope everyone is having a good time this weekend.

In other equally interesting news, :p did any of you catch the new NW-DL targeted promo (more on that later)? Fly up to 10 round trips of any length and any paid, published fare and get 10,000 bonus miles per flight up to 100,000.

Yes, I got the 10,000 miler. My wife got the 5,000. Weird, I don't know why.

Fiancee's parents refused to turn the air on today - I came up to her bathroom on the 3rd floor and saw sweat beads all over myself like I was in a sauna.

That's very .

A new bacon combination!

While out in SEA went into a store and bought a bar of chocolate with bacon in it. It is tasty actually.

There were a lot of personal attacks on specific FTers and groups in general. If you go into the DL forum, there is a DO dress code thread that says a lot.

We had bigger arguments here about how to dress at the last new. Some just didn't seem to understand the part about dressing comfortably on Friday night and properly for the tours on Saturday and thought we all should have worn suits for every thing. I like how a bunch of the people who chimed in on the DL thread were at CO DO IV.

101℉ yesterday (Saturday) in Houston. My car's exterior temp. gauge was showing 106℉ around 2pm. Yuck.

I'd not tolerate an argument, I'd just tell them to mind their own business :D

My neighbor should be glad I'm awake now since he has just started up his lawn mower.
