CO.com thinks I'm in the UK today. Fort Worth in real life, but have tried multiple times and keep getting the UK splash screen. Maybe I need to just leave work and go to a pub then.

Looks like some delays at DFW today. Could be a late night getting home... the skies are still black here in the metroplex.

DL is definitely dropping ATL-ICN and ATL-PVG.

CVG is losing it's Europe flights as well, though I'm not surprised. I guess they'll focus on using MEM.

I've had this happen to me as well (but Spain). They do some weird stuff with the IP addresses and sometimes it fails to localize it correctly.

This new laptop refuses to connect to my home router. I'm mooching someone else in my condo complex's signal. When I ask it to connect to my network, the  it gives me cites a low signal quality. Unless Toshiba's built in WiFi sucks, that's not the right answer because I have a laptop upstairs that connects without issues regularly from exactly where I'm sitting.

I've heard rumors that DL is going to concentrate on the NYC market, specifically attempting to go head to head with CO.

I know what I'm doing with the non-competes; I'm good like that.

Sucks for CVG. I'm surprised that PVG is going; I wonder if they'll try to defer that authority or if it will go back out to bid. And I'm surprised that MEM will continue to be a focus of theirs.

Agreed, though my wife did want to make sure that you guys were normal and not like all the other FTers she met at Do III in IAH. I lied and said you were.

That's nice but really they are failing at it. JFK is awful and they have no gates and they have no more gates they can borrow. They've been putting more and more flights out on hard stands and it's getting old pretty quickly.

I'm amazed that the Port Authority has been letting them get away with it as it's making matters at JFK worse by the day.

What wireless security are you using? And try having Windows manage the security instead and see if that resolves it.

Well they do have a lot of flights to CDG. But none past it on their own metal, right? They used to but I am pretty sure those are all gone now.

Garage door repair

Well the guys are here installing my new opener and I'm damn glad I didn't try to do it myself! Turns out it's a custom fit due to a support beam in the ceiling so they had to cut the rail and belt down. Even they're having some trouble with it and had to call the boss so I think if I had tried to do this myself I would have wound up very  and calling someone.

I once saw an ad for a handyman where he says he charges twice as much if you start the project yourself and screw it up. In my book, this is money well spent (and semi-tax deductable due to my home office)!

I meant where they fly USA-CDG-Somewhere else on their own metal, not just a longer flight. I do not believe they fly CDG-ZRH on their own metal.
