Doesn't look my EUAs as a Silver will flow into my IAH-ORD trip. I moved us from 5E/F to 14A/B with a person in C. There are open rows in front of us but knowing my luck, I'll choose those and someone will be put in the middle.

When the significant :rolleyes:v and I travel together we usually sit across the aisle from each other, or sometimes she sits in the window to sleep and I take the aisle. If someone sits in between us it is no big deal since she goes to sleep anyways.

You seem to have a lot of Kettle encounters. Lucky you!
CO 1E, you should take the reins and lead them. Your army awaits. :D |

P.S. - I didn't put the thumbs down, it just showed up... weird. |

Unfortunately she's a window only person and I'm an aisle guy for the simple reason that I don't conveniently fit in whY. I usually reserve the window / aisle in the exit row and hope some fool isn't dumb enough to take the middle. 90% of the time, there is one of those fools. Then, I ask if they want the aisle, which they always do, and I get the . The significant Canuck is selectively narcoleptic and can fall asleep on command. Sitting next to each other is silly because I have my iPood in and she's off dreaming of Zamboni's and tandem plowing. But, we must sit together. |

Prior to being married, my wife and I flew once where I sat up in paid F and she was in Y due to the fact that I couldn't afford another paid F ticket and she was a later addition to the trip (I booked before we met). I was informed that she was not a fan of being in a different cabin than I was, presumably under the guise of wanting to be with me. I bought it (and still do), but I don't book separate seats for us anymore. We've got a B6 flight tomorrow, LGB - AUS, on the E190 so it's 2x2. Hooray for 38" of pitch in the exit rows! |
belynch, will you raise any potential future offspring as Canadians, or will you civilize them?

I've told her that my concession to remaining in NY, until she vests in the NYS pension system, is that we're moving somewhere warmer/cheaper/more hospitable to raise a family when the time comes. |

Her only stipulation is a window seat. We can sit apart unless she thinks she is going to sleep, because she worries she'll fall asleep on someone else's shoulder.

I hear Curacao is lovely.
I mentioned a few weeks ago, in the Box, that my employer was talking about expatting me to Australia. While that's been taken off the table in the short term (which is good for me), it's still a likely possibility going forward. Now that would be winner winner, chook dinner. Although she'd probably veto starting a family down there as that's a bit far of a trip for her family. Don't think QF has luggage allowances for dog sleds. |
