I've just been worrying which is effecting my ability to work. I've spent a whole 10 minutes on AM.

once you have Am setup you have 5-15 minutes of maintenance a day. for a while anyway...

That is why I have banned myself from AM during the day. I wonder how I am doing.

I spent almost two hours on it before work this morning. I am a noob at it, though, so I had to figure everything out from scratch.

I likely spent an hour on it yesterday setting it up.

Clearly, I have some work to do. I did not have enough time this morning to set up as many routes as I wanted.

I just applied for a NW status match, what do you think they will comp BMI gold with 76K of status miles to?

They should comp you to Plat, I would think, but I do not know for sure. If you comp now, the status is only valid until next March, correct?

Yeah, just remember that multiple frequencies to a destination is not necessarily a good thing.

You can use that plane on different routes and make more money.

I don't have any routes with high frequencies. On the routes I currently have established, I could not make the numbers work with mid or high frequencies on individual routes. My fleet utilization is nowhere near 100%, however, because I am only partially set up.

What is considered a good income stream from a route at the beginning of a world with our starting conditions w/r/t equipment and 8.5 mil in cash? Is 60k good, or should the target be higher?

Yeah, but if you are making $100k+ a day on a route, gate fees are no worry.

A frequency over 1 is too many. ;)

I've been upgraded to a few suites domestically at Marriott and a few more overseas; much better record with Ren and CY and always with few FI stays I've had.

But when it's Residence Inn for half the points, or a Courtyard or full-service Marriott/Renaissance for the full amount of points, Residence Inn loses, even if it's a better overall value for the money spent (which it usually is).

The one and only reason I do not make RI stays.

If I don't end up doing CO to HKG I would like to try TG or SQ.

You could try CX; of course that will take you out of present or future alliance.

Raises hand. I am! See above regarding RI - also a points whore.
