My mom has some shoes she swears by, with a bouncy sole for wearing long days...I don't have a clue what brand :p My favorite all day wearing ugly but soothing to my feet shoes are made by ECCO. Unfortunately they have lost their bounciness and ECCO doesn't have a similar style available for me to buy a replacement, hence the need to find black sneakers. Plus sneakers will be alot cheaper and maybe even nicer to look at. |

BTW, I guess I am not the first one to notice that distances in the AM worlds are in nautical mile, but the actual figure corresponds to mile in real life? |

They totally changed the range and passenger seats on the 733 and 734 yesterday or the day before. It's really  to change information midgame for them. And :rolleyes: that there is a version of 733 available now with like 3,300nm; but instead of reassigning that range to us, they give us the 3,000 version.

Dead GA walking.
Last night could have been quite a mess. Inbound aircraft, that makes up the EWR red-eye, was arriving with a cracked windshield. Depending on the depth of the crack, the plane can continue to fly before the windshield needs to be changed. Time of repair: 5-8 hours. In the mean time SOCC was arranging to ferry up the same type of aircraft from the LAX hanger, just incase the windshield needed to be replaced. The windshield didn't have a little crack, it was totally cracked. Time of delay: 1-2 hours. The flight left at around 12:30am. We handed out food vouchers and rebooked customer and everyone I dealt with was very understanding. My feet are killing me. I will be shopping for new shoes before work tonight. I'm thinking of nice black sneakers will work alot better than what I am currently wearing. |

I went to SuperCuts a few times, years ago when I was in a real pinch for time and needed a haircut right then and there. It was never worth the 10 bucks. I allways looked like a special person, even though my mother always told me I was special, this was not the special I going for.

Fair enough - the surrounding areas are quite nice but the city itself is a bit "rolleyes", IMO. I'll be sure to post before the next time I go to LA so I can get your wine bar and Mexican restaurant (two of my favorites!) recommendations!

It is a ridiculously beautiful evening here in NYC. Sitting out in a park on the corner of 14th street & 9th avenue, watching the pretty people wander buy and leeching free wifi really isn't so bad. If only there was a bar (or I had planned ahead and brown-bagged it).

I'm sure that you worked your 'magic' w/all the passengers! |
My guess about the 733/734 changes in AM is that the Airbus people complained. Now, the 320s are a lot more competitive. In AM1.0, 219/114 733/4s were sold, compared to fifteen 320s. ;)
