Will do. Thanks.

Airport Mania! A fun little game, arguably more realistic than AM and with much better graphics. :D:p:rolleyes:

Sadly, an alternator in many cases is an easier and cheaper fix. Wires are either easy or very difficult with little in between.

I actually tried to replace my current car, as I intended to keep for just two years when purchased; I was driving 200 miles per workday. The replacement vehicle - a Chrysler Concorde - had to be re-purchased by the dealer under the lemon law of Maryland due to an unidentifiable electrical problem that caused lights (e.g. headlamps and interior dome) to come on and drain the battery. Like when the car was sitting in the driveway.

My debacle driving to ATL for the KOA trip (read more in the SkyTeam-partner Lounge) on May 11 was due to the voltage regulator causing failure of other electronic components. When tested by the shop after the second breakdown, the voltage output would go from a safe range down to 7/8 and up to 25+ volts, which caused other components to fail and idiot lights to become illuminated ...

No -- it's just overdue by 2k or so.

Missing partner miles from an OP account not being entered in the record need nothing more than an original boarding pass, correct?

Dear TravelBossLady:

Thank you for your written correspondence to the OnePass Service Center.

We received your original boarding pass for your Northwest airline travel, but still need a copy of the ticket receipt. Missing partner flight requests require both the original boarding passes and a copy of the eTicket, passenger receipt or travel itinerary (that includes the ticket number, price, flight numbers, class of service, dates and cities of travel).

Please allow 30 days after travel for missing partner or code-share flights to post to your account. If it has been more than 30 days since your travel and the miles for your flights have not posted to your account, please verify that your travel was eligible for mileage credit by visiting http://www.continental.com/CMS/en-US...ePartners.aspx and clicking on the link for the appropriate airline. If it is eligible, you may reply to this e-mail and attach* a copy of your receipt or mail the document, along with your OnePass account number to:

OnePass Service Center
PO Box 4365
Houston, TX 77210-4365

To ensure delivery, you may wish to send your documents via certified mail to:

OnePass Service Center
900 Grand Plaza Dr.
Houston, TX 77067

All requests for missing mileage credit must be submitted within six months of flight date.

*The following file types may be included as attachments in your e-mail: doc, pdf, rtf, txt, xls, bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, png, tif and tiff. There is a size limit of 3MB per attachment.

Bolding and resulting question mine - any takers on why I got this email? (I handle my mother's miles.)

Can you login to nwa.com and see your eTicket number? They should have at least e-mailed it to you.

Partner flights frequently require all the supporting documentation because of the nuance associated with RDM/EQM percentages on the various routes/partners/carriers/fares buckets.

Finally got all the dive photos from last weekend posted this morning. Time to head out to EWR and claim my luggage...

The ticket number is on the boarding pass, which CO already has. She did not book her own air to come home from AMS - she had Holland America do it for her and for her client that cruised. I'm wondering why the boarding pass doesn't cut it. Asking my mother to find an email is worse than a needle in a haystack - she uses her Deleted Items folder as a reference system.

Just booked tickets for the annual 4th of July trip to FLL. I waited too long an there were only middles on the outbound for tin.:mad:. Here's hoping it is elite light and can buy up (or snag exit at T-24) at check-in.

OK, so if she can go into her GDS and print herself an itinerary, that would suffice as the "travel itinerary" that OPSC wants, no?

*Even in J, could it be that Holland America bought seats so cheap that they're non-earning?

I'd say yes and yes.
