I have not had any problems until recently.
They asked me to fax the guest folio for the credit. If I had an ambassador I would call them :rolleyes:

And drag the luggage up the stairs. We should introduce him to SYR in the winter, especially the winter that the jetway was broken and they couldn't use it.

The one thing I agree with is the stairs to get into the terminal, that's just dumb.

I liked the other video of his that has a "news" report in which he films turbulence on another UA flight.

Agreed, but lots of airports have the same awful set up. I'm not sure why he thought it was significant enough to put on YouTube.

Any recommendations for a travel backpack? I'd like something that I could fit a pair or two of jeans, undergarments, and a couple of shirts as well as a laptop. I looked at the travel backpacks on eBags and they all look extremely bulky.
