If you have a Costco near you, check them out. they have a good range of backpacks at the moment (back to school time). I have a Janssport one I bought from there a couple of years ago that I use on my MRs. It's sturdy, lots of space, light, and best of all it was only $14.99. Bargain!

I'll keep that in mind! The better half's mother has a Costco membership, so maybe I'll tag along with her.

That's a long MH segment to not get usable miles on, IMO.

I'd probably throw those miles into the OK program.

Have you tried MH long haul? They appear to use the same J seats as KE.

I stand half-corrected. MH codeshares with SA on JNB flights, not CPT, so the option is kinda there.

Yes, I did EWR-ARN-KUL and back a couple of times.
It looks very similar, the distance between seats was huge on MH.

The service was excellent, and the food was very good.
The duvet blanket was so good I tried to buy it.

Wow, I had no idea. Too bad they're pulling that flight. Only other place in the States you can get them will be LAX, on LAX-TPE-KUL.

MH recently changed the flight to a 747 to include F, which has created a slight problem. There is construction at ARN so the runway can't handle a loaded 747 takeoff, so they ware doing EWR-ARN-AMS(TECH STOP for refuel)-KUL

I wanted to make my comment sarcastic in nature. I know he wasn't a target. If he was, it would make me feel differently. Though, the perp took a chance, since I'll bet a lot more people in Houston are carrying compared to a lot of other cities.

I have a Costco membership as well. So, if you need to stop by the one off of Weslayan or by Memorial City, let me know.

And yet there is the one side in the debate who wants to take weapons away from the law-abiding public. Maybe when it's a relative of theirs they will change their mind.
