Also, please use the existing list of aircraft types on the drop-down menu (if an entry already exists for your aircraft type), and ensure that if the aircraft you flew was an -ER variant, that such is reflected in your selection (e.g., if you flew a 762 on CO, it was a 767-200 ER, and not a 767-200). Also, please enter flight numbers as [Airline Code]####. If you have them, tail numbers and actual block times are appreciated, and your FT Handle goes in the section designated for "Aircraft Name"

Thank you. This will be my first entry into the FM, since this was my first trip by air this year.

I'll be trying out WN for the first time in ages in two weeks... MSY-HOU. CO only had B fares left, and I couldn't be bothered to pay that much of a premium for an 00:45 flight. I'll probably end up being depressed after the flight, once I realize that WN's Y hard-product is light-years ahead of CO.

You'll also find that the gate areas are often nicer than everyone else's, especially at airports like HOU that have seen the full upgrade to the new WN gate concept, with PC-esque leather lounge chairs, TONS of outlets for charging AC and USB-powered devices, and separate family areas. But you can cure that depression when you remind yourself there's no international alliance, no F, no EUAs, no pre-assigned seating, no flying to exotic destinations around the world, and tons of people who don't travel very often who are pretty darn clueless about the entire process, and there's no real method for limiting your exposure to dealing with them. Then you'll be less depressed. |

Yes, you will be depressed when you realize that WN's seats, even on the 735s and 733s, are more comfortable than CO's Y seats. And that the vast majority of WN's fleet has better seat pitch than CO's Y seats. And that WN's flight attendants are arguably better at doing a full drink/snack service than CO's on the ultra-short flights out of Houston (MSY isn't as much of a difference, but AUS/SAT are).

I believe the last time I flew WN, it was on a 737-200 with rearward-facing seats in certain rows.

Yes, and don't worry. If you do it wrong, we'll either fix it for you, tell you about it in here, or both. :p
ETA - This would make sense if he originated in NRT, and did NRT-IAH-NRT... |

IIRC, IAH-NRT gets you into NRT one day after you left.

I still can't make heads or tails of Scott6067's IAH-NRT-IAH flights. They show that he departed both IAH and NRT on the same day. IIRC, IAH-NRT gets you into NRT one day after you left.

Good afternoon Box. I wish there were better eats at Concourse D at ATL. The food court at A is so much nicer. On the plus side, never knew they had a massage place at Concourse C, my shoulders feel much better now :).

I remember the rear-facing seats. I do not remember the version of 737 it was. This was ~2003, I think, flying JAX-MSY.
